Synchronistically aligned with the power of this year 2006, maximizing the Solstices now aligned along the Galactic Plane, Pluto at Galactic Center this year and next in its 248 year cycle and being at the center point of the 3 year Lunar Standstill window or “out of bounds” Moon where the Moon is occulting the Galactic Center and the Galactic Edge for three days each month, is the release of the long awaited Da Vinci Code movie amongst a lot of controversy and not so great reviews. However, this movie is amazingly activating for those who are open to receive the codes of consciousness and awakening information through the visual experience this movie evokes. When Tom Hanks gets down on bended knee at the end in honor of the Divine Feminine, Sangreal or Holy Grail it is one of the most moving and powerful images of the brilliant caring masculine principle honoring the long suppressed power of the feminine with a long overdue sense of returning balance of these energies. The opening of this movie in most places around the world could have hardly been timed more perfectly as May 19 was in the window of the Mayan “days of no shadows” when the Sun and Pleiades were aligned and codes of information were being illuminated through that stargate as well.
Lunar Standstill and the Great Shining Ones
This year and next on the Isle of Lewis, in Scotland at the ancient Standing Stone Circles of Callanish the Moon walks the land once again activating the ancient prophecy that says; When the Moon walks on the land, at the calling of the cuckoo, the Shining Ones will return.” Mythically we remember the Great Shining Ones are from the stars (the Pleiades, Ursa Major or the Big Dipper, and Sirius etc). They were the wise ones, the magi, the master builders who erected the standing stone circles and other megalithic sites around the world for the purpose of energizing and anchoring a crystalline grid connecting the Earth to the super computer of our intergalactic space-time grid. These days the galactic gateway is on the forefront of our experience as the Solstices are now aligned along the galactic plane for the first time in 13,000 years and Pluto is now aligned with Galactic Center for the first time in 248 years.
Remnants of the knowledge and skill left by the Great Shining Ones remain in the sacred sites they left behind and in the ceremonies still performed from ancient times that honor and activate these mysteries within these sacred sites. Some of the ceremonies honoring the Solstice, Equinoxes and Cross-Quarter times as well as the 19 year Lunar Standstill and other events are still known and often practiced today.
One example is the lighting of the fires in the Stone Circles and places of power reminding the people to remember and renew our awareness of the mysteries the Great Shining Ones left us. These Shining Ones have been known to return at certain times especially when they are called.
The Callanish Standing Stones, Stonehenge, Machu Picchu, Chitzen Itza, the Egyptian Pyramids, and many other sacred sites around the world figure prominently on the planetary crystalline grid. The main sites at Callanish, have an astonishing orientation to the 19 year Lunar Standstill and are designed to amplify and anchor these energies sending them through the crystalline grid in a continuous rhythmic pulse each month when the Moon is crossing Galactic Center so that these energies or incoming galactic vibrations cover the entire Earth further awakening all life. The Lunar Standstill galactic download is felt most strongly when the Moon is in late degrees of Sagittarius or early degrees of Capricorn and in late Gemini and early Cancer every month but most especially when the Moon is near Full. There are six days each month within this window actively amplifying the incoming galactic energies. This activation began in 2005 and is occurring for all of 2006 and all of 2007 with the 2006 June and July Full Moons at the center point of this Timing. (See Lunar Standstill Article)
Over the next couple of years (and especially during the Full Moons of June and July of 2006) it is worth our time to visit these sacred sites when ever possible to further participate in the great awakening and transformation that is occurring. However, you do not have to visit sacred sites to receive the gifts of these transformative energies. All you need do is have the intention to receive and amplify the energy where ever you are.

Special Note:There are so many profound Celestial Events taking place these days it is challenging to give them all proper voice. The events taking place in the Great Above help to inform us about what is taking place in the Great Below. When we remember we inform the mysteries as much as they inform us then we also remember it is helpful to know what these events are so we can more consciously participate in informing the unfolding mysteries through our intention and attention.
However, more important than knowing all the details of so many amazing events in a mental way is to take time to tune in and get your own guidance and sense of what these Times are about for you. Any one of the ways I am sharing with the Celestial Timings or ways others are sharing through their channeling and personal insights about these Celestial Events can be useful as a place to begin accessing our own conscious relationship with the incoming energies. It helps to remember that the mind can not know it all but we can feel into what is unfolding and trust our inner guidance is supporting us in successfully navigating these rapidly growing, changing, evolving times even if it doesn’t always appear that way on the surface. It is important to find your own tools and your own way through these times, however I will share that some of the best navigational tools I am finding include self-forgiveness, self-love, loving kindness and compassion for our transformational journey.
Juno’s Month.
June is Juno’s month, named after the Roman Goddess Juno, also known as Hera by the Greeks. The Romans saw Juno as the Queen of Heaven and wife of Jupiter. She is also described as a Rainbow Goddess, Triple Moon Goddess, Goddess of Light, Goddess of sacred marriage, or conscious equal partnership, and an aspect of the Divine Mother. As the Goddess of sacred marriage the Roman’s believed June was the luckiest month to get married in and to this day it is Juno’s month when the most weddings still occur. Juno was also known as the one "who makes people remember’ and she was believed to be the protector of women throughout all aspects of life and death, but most especially in childbirth and marriage.
Noting that this is Juno’s month even though in Shamanic Astrology we don’t usually track the four primary asteroids we find Juno is conjunct Mars on June 1 at 28 Cancer and conjuncts Saturn at 11 Leo on June 30. Mars is visible moving toward the western horizon after Sunset.
Juno and Mars are near Procyon the brightest star in the constellation Canis Minor or the lessor dog found on the outer rim of the Sacred Hoop. Also Mercury will pass by this star three times in its retrograde process passing here at the June Solstice the days of June 20 to 22 and July 19 to the 22 (Mercury will conjunct the Sun on July 18 within a degree of this star) and August 4 to 6. Sirius and Procyon are located on either side of the Milky Way a. k. a. the Celestial River of Celestial Highway. According to Dr. Eric Morse in his book The Living Stars Procyon was the navigator of the ship Argo featured in the story of Jason and the Argonauts whose quest was to find the Golden Fleece. In essence this is the quest for true healing knowledge that helps humanity to experience itself soaring beyond the current limitations we now experience. Procyon has the ability to navigate new territory for the purpose of creating alchemical healing surrendering to the process of regeneration and recommitment to fully experiencing wholeness through health and vitality. Juno conjunct Mars in Cancer suggests it is time to actively engage our relationship with our self and with our significant others in ways that are truly nurturing and healing as well.

June 1, Thursday. June starts with the Moon in Leo again emphasizing the importance of practicing self-forgiveness and self-love. True self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others is the singly most powerful thing we can do to heal ourselves. Practicing daily self-forgiveness until we feel we have fully forgiven ourselves for every possible way we might judge ourselves speeds us along the path toward total genuine self-love.

June 2, Friday. The waxing Moon moves into Virgo passing near Regulus today visible just beyond Regulus tonight. Regulus is the heart of the Lion and one of the four royal stars, watcher of the North, and linked with Archangel Raphael whose specialty is healing. The healing energies of Regulus and the mysteries of the Virgo Moon, transmitting ancient knowledge of the healing patterns within the web that can transform any imbalances in our vibrational expression, further illuminates the possibilities of the changes already in progress. Spider Woman weaves the web of life utilizing all the wisdom gained from the past keeping in mind the possibilities of even greater harmony and wholeness that is yet to manifest.
June 3, Saturday. The Virgo First quarter Moon (13 Virgo 13) builds on the healing energies already being transmitted and Mercury is moving into Cancer as Mars is moving into Leo actively (Mars) engaging the information and knowing (Mercury in Cancer) that helps us to create our reality around healthy, radical, radiant Self-Love (Leo). Actively practicing self-forgiveness powerfully transforms the wounds of self-judgment and self-punishment.

June 4, Sunday – The waxing Virgo Moon is at Perigee or its closest approach to Earth in this lunar cycle affecting the tides and possibly our emotions. June 5, Monday. The Moon moves into Libra transmitting the mysteries of conscious equal partnership recognizing the importance of all our relationships as opportunities to learn more about who we are through our interactions with the other. Also today the Sun (14Gemini39) is reaching a first quarter square with Uranus (14Pisces39) reminding us Uranus will be retrograde from June 19 to November 19, 2006. The Sun and Uranus are catalyzing unexpected changes supporting radical compassionate healing. This may bring in new ideas and new information designed to shift or shatter our current beliefs or perceptions of reality creating the space for innovative changes that may surprise even the most liberal minded.

June 7, Wednesday. The Moon is now in Scorpio approaching Jupiter with exact conjunction tomorrow. These energies encourage us to explore and expand the edges of our individual and collective experience. Edgewalking describes a healthy Scorpio approach to life, pushing past the known edges and being born anew in unchartered territory. Healthy Scorpio willingly engages the mysteries of death, trusting the process of rebirth like the phoenix diving into the fires of seeming doom and then magically emerging renewed, revitalize, transformed and more empowered than before. The successful fulfillment of this process requires releasing all attachments to outcome.
June 8, Thursday. Moon conjuncts retrograde Jupiter (10 Scorpio) visible near the two brightest stars Zuben Algenubi (15 Scorpio) and Zuben Alshamali (19 Scorpio) in the constellation of the Scales. The Moon and Jupiter joined in the Scales illuminates and expands our awareness of how natural laws operate and how we can balance them with our human experience in ways that are passionately inspired. On March 4th, 2006 Jupiter stationed in the gateway of these two stars energizing and expanding the codes of life represented through the language of these stars. We are the stars and they are us and when we take time to tune in and visually connect with the stars and planets then even greater magic is possible.
June 9, Friday. Mercury (10 Cancer) is trine Jupiter (10 Scorpio) both visible in the evening sky 120 degrees apart. Mercury may be visible after Sunset low on the western horizon and Jupiter is high above the east south eastern horizon. Transformational messenger Mercury inspires expansive Jupiter with messages of self-care in the Scorpio realm. The Scorpio Mysteries are considered occult mysteries meaning they became hidden or covered in order to survive in a world that mostly fears the potency of magical life force. What holds us back from nurturing our passion and experiencing the fullest essence of life force energy in every moment? What fears keep us from acting upon our inspiration and heart’s desire in ways that nourish our heart and soul? How can we embrace actively forgive ourselves for these fears and love ourselves in ways that nurture and support us in taking empowered action?

June 10, Saturday. Sun (19Gemini 43) is trine retrograde Neptune (19Aquarius43). Venus (14 Taurus) is sextile retrograde Uranus at 14 Pisces and the Moon just entered Sagittarius. Tuning into these energies we are reminded of the importance of going within to quest more deeply for the truth of who we are and why we are here at this great turning of the cosmic wheel. Neptune is hanging out in its standstill position where past and future gather in the field of all possibilities. Uranus initiates unexpected change as the Goddess Venus continues to explore the realm of beauty and her ability to fully receive all the gifts beauty has to offer in every moment.

Tonight is the fullest rise of the Moon around 7 pm standard time and as late as 8 pm daylight local time depending on your horizon line. Also starting tonight until the early morning hours on June 22 the Nodal axis is moving through the Zero degrees Aries/Libra equinox point that marks the exact center point of the Lunar Standstill extreme. This means this full Moon is closest to this exact zero Aries/Libra center point of the three year central window of the Lunar Standstill or “out of bounds Moon”. June 22, 2006 the Lunar Nodes are reaching zero degrees and zero minutes of Aries/Libra for the first time since November/December of 1987. The June/July 2006 Full Moons are the closest Full Moons to this center point and they are the Full Moons that will walk the Land in Scotland. (See Intro)
June 11, Sunday. This Sagittarius Full Moon (21 Sag) at 28 degrees southern declination is occurring in the window of the 19 year Lunar Standstill and is worth celebrating at any Solstice Ceremonial site when possible. It is also potent and useful to simply be with the rising Moon where ever you are. This is because we are near the most exact center point of the three year Lunar Standstill window very near the June Solstice point with the Sun having already reach 23 degrees and 06 minutes of declination moving to 23 degrees and 26 minutes of declination by the Solstice. This means the Sun is already in the Solstice zone and this is the Full Moon closest to the upcoming Solstice. Also today the Lunar Nodes are entering the zero degree Aries/Libra zone reaching zero degrees and zero minutes late on June 21 or early June 22 depending on your time zone. It was November/December of 1987 the last time the Lunar Nodes reached zero degrees of Aries/Libra during the last Lunar Standstill window that center around 1987.
The Moon is rising an hour later tonight between 8 and 9 pm depending on your horizon line and whether or not your time zone observes daylight savings time.
June 12, Monday. The Moon is moving into Capricorn early this morning exactly crossing or occulting Galactic Center. (See Intro and June 13 and 14)
Mercury (14 Cancer) is trining Uranus (14 Pisces) with retrograde Jupiter (10 Scorpio) in a near by grand trine to both. This Grand Trine has been active at different times since last month with Mercury now stepping into the place Mars held last month. Also Mercury is now in zodiacal alignment with Sirius adding to the strength and potency of these energies and the many gifts the grand trine brings especially those linked to radical compassionate healing through the feelings.

June 13, Tuesday. The Moon is continuing its journey through Capricorn and the constellation of the archer and we are still feeling the of affects of the Lunar Standstill crossing over Galactic Center yesterday. Last month I shared information about the galactic super wave or energy bursts that scientists are finding come from the center of our galaxy in a time coded rhythmic pattern. In their book The Mysteries of the Great Cross of Hendaye – Alchemy and the End of Time Jay Weidner and Vincent Bridges have researched this possibility and they say; “The galactic superwave…appears from Earth as a brilliant blue-white spot of light – about the size of Mars – in Sagittarius (the Archer), surrounded by a slightly larger and less bright halo. This source, perhaps as much as a thousand times brighter than any star, would be visible even in daylight”. As the Moon journeys through this area of the sky once each month during the 19 year Lunar Standstill extreme our attention is drawn to the possibilities of what this all means? Imagination is our greatest creative tool. So imaging the energy codes coming toward Earth are designed to produce a balanced harmonic calibration from our galactic source through our space-time-grid producing maximum beneficial evolutionary results for all life on Earth while releasing our attachments to what that might look like is one way to consciously participate.

June 14, Wednesday. The Moon is moving into Aquarius accessing the realm of thought for transferring revolutionary ideas designed to alter the holographic grids of our Earth attuning them to new resonating patterns that revolutionize our experience of objective reality.
June 15, Thursday. Venus (19 Taurus) squares Neptune (19 Aquarius) and the apogee Moon (meaning the Moon is furthest from the Earth in its Lunar Cycle) conjuncts Neptune increasing awareness around our collective and personal visions and dreams, as well as the illusions, of our relationship to beauty and intimacy.

June 16, Friday. The Sun (25 Gemini) is opposite retrograde Pluto (25 Sagittarius). The Sun opposition to Pluto marks the center point of the Pluto’s retrograde cycle and is illuminating our shadowed places and with the Moon moving into Pisces today we have an opportunity to embrace our shadow with compassion and loving acceptance thereby empowering our true essence.
Our shadow includes whatever has been disowned, denied, or repressed, including our greatest talents and abilities. The movie Earthsea based on the novels by Ursela LeGuin is a potent reminder of the importance of facing our own shadow for comprehensive healing within ourselves as we also develop radical compassion for others. Ged (the main character) is studying to become a mage, or wizard. His youthful pride gets him involved in a wizards duel where he is showing off his skill. During the duel Ged accidentally calls a shadow creature (Gebeth) from the underworld into his world. This shadow creature is intent on hunting him down and taking his power and ultimately his life. Terrified, Ged runs to save his life until he is exhausted and near death in spite of himself. At this point Ged is helped by his first mentor, a wise wizard or mage, who helps Ged recover his strength and then he gives Ged this advice…
”You must turn around. If you keep running the evil will drive you, choosing the way you go. You must do the choosing. You must seek what seeks you. You must make this Gebeth (shadow) your own. If you are a fugitive and it finds you, and you have used your strength in fleeing, it will prevail. But if you are doing the seeking”…
Ged interrupts asking if he would then prevail…The wizard replies that he can not tell what will happen but stands by his council and ends by saying…”if you want to cease being hunted, you must become the hunter.” In essence he is telling Ged he must face his own shadow and find a way to embrace it and integrate it into his being. Ged then sets out to do just that. This movie is a brilliant demonstration of what happens when we run from our shadow and then what happens when we are willing to face and embrace our shadow with love and compassion.
June 17, Saturday. The waning Pisces nearly last quarter Moon is occulting Uranus (14 Pisces) and Mars is conjuncting Saturn (8 Leo) revolutionizing our experience of radical compassion for the purpose of integrating radical self-love. Radical compassion comes from our deep awareness of our wounds and all the ways we might feel our own suffering or the suffering of another with radical willing acceptance of what IS moving beyond any need to fix it, relieve it, or change it in anyway.
Accepting things as they are doesn’t mean we give up our desire for change or the willingness to take action to create change. This is really about the difference between an addictive need and a preference. We can still prefer what we prefer while Accepting What Is For Now. Acceptance releases the need for life to be different than what it IS and that often then facilitates radical change in unexpected ways, especially when we are not attached to what the change looks like. June 18, Sunday. The last quarter Moon in Pisces (27 Pisces) is squaring retrograde Pluto before moving into Aries and retrograde Chiron (9 Aquarius) is reaching its exact opposition to Saturn (9 Leo) suggesting the Shamanic Healer is initiating new forms of radical compassion through loving kindness. The Philosopher’s Stone is a key to a powerful form of Chironic healing. There are many stories about the Philosopher’s Stone but in this case we are referring to the alchemy this stone represents describes as; …“the "tincture," or the "powder" (Greek xerion, which passed through Latin into Arabic as elixir), was allied to an elixir of life, believed by alchemists to be a liquid derived from it. Inasmuch as alchemy was concerned not only with the search for a method of upgrading less valuable metals but also of perfecting the human soul, the philosopher's stone was thought to cure illnesses, prolong life, and bring about spiritual revitalization. The Philosopher’s Stone connects with the Chironic Shamanic Healing Journey through the common substance of thought, feelings and belief. When understood and applied wisely our thoughts, beliefs and feelings become the elixirs that heal all our ills, attracting and producing the experience of joy, abundance and prosperity while also revitalizing every aspect of our being. June 19, Monday. Mars (9 Leo) squaring Jupiter (9 Scorpio) is the next formulation of this years fixed Grand Cross becoming exact over the next few days when the Moon goes into Taurus tomorrow. (see June 20 and 21)
Uranus stations Retrograde (14Pisces44) remaining retrograde until Nov 19 (10Pisces48). The retrograde station lends itself to another shift in our perceptual experience often unexpected and sometimes even dramatic depending on what is needed to facilitate change. It is helpful to go within for greater awareness of the changes occurring internally. External events tend to reflect the internal changes and are often unexpected. It helps to remember that these sometimes dramatic events and insights are intended as gifts of change and evolution. As we approach the Solstice window and the next formulation of the grand cross this Still Point energy of Uranus adds to the intensity of what is shifting, changing, and evolving.
Jun 20, Tuesday. As we enter the Solstice Window the Moon is moving into Taurus reminding us of the importance of embracing beauty and activating the Grand Cross that will be exact tomorrow. Taurus knows that when you make or create a beautiful, pleasurable world for yourself, you also create a beautiful, pleasurable world for others and beauty is essential to the Taurus intent of experiencing ecstatic bliss. John Muir says: Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul.
The now formulating Grand Cross include the Moon in Taurus transmitting the mysteries of fully receiving physical pleasure, beauty, and intimacy as its divine birthright. Mars and Saturn in Leo are actively restructuring our experience of radical, radiant self-love, self-confidence, self-acceptance, and self-approval based on knowing we are all a divine incarnation. Jupiter in Scorpio is expanding our experience of our personal Will in alignment with divine Will intending to manifest spirit into matter in ways that are ecstatically and passionately orgasmic. Chiron and Neptune in Aquarius are compassionately revolutionizing our personal healing, broadening our cosmic perspective and objective awareness through visions and dreams intended to further evolve our experience of our personal and collective divine essence.
June 21, Wednesday. Today Marks the June solstice when the Sun enters zero Cancer (5:26 am PDT and 8:26 am EDT) currently located in the area of the sky marking the center of the Sacred Hoop where the ecliptic (the path the planets travel) and the Milky Way intersect along the Galactic Plane looking out into deep space also known as the Galactic Edge. This intersection point is located between horns of the Bull and the feet of the Twins. (See Difference between Signs and Constellations)
We know we are currently experiencing a Turning of the Ages or a turning of the Great Wheel of Time ending and beginning an entire 26,000 year cycle. One of the ways we know this is because the Solstices are currently aligned along the Galactic Plane.
The Solstice and Equinox points form the four gates or four directions of the celestial medicine wheel and are activated by the Sun in a rhythmic seasonal cycle. Solstice literally means “stand still of the Sun” meaning the Sun rises and sets at the same place on the horizon for three days appearing to stand still. Many of our ancestors had an active and conscious relationship with these cycles and seasons, creating standing stone circles and other monuments to assist in tracking these timings for the purpose of capturing or maximizing the incoming energies activated during these seasonal shifts. Working with these seasonal gates strengthens our own relationship with the magical mysteries of the seasonal cycles between the Earth and the Sky.
Today the Solstice is also marked by an exact fixed Grand Cross Grand Cross with Moon (9 Taurus), retrograde Chiron (9 Aquarius), Saturn (9 Leo), Mars (11 Leo) and retrograde Jupiter (9 Scorpio). Also, retrograde Neptune (19 Aquarius) is widely connecting into this. The impact of this line-up at the time of the exact center point of the Solstice with Sun aligning at the Galactic Edge is worthy of our attention. It will be interesting to note how world events respond to this Timing but more importantly how are we as individuals aligning our intention and attention with this powerful influence? The intent of this Grand Cross (that has had different configurations over the past few months) is to bring us more fully into our divine expression so everything not in alignment with this intent has been coming up for clearing over the past few months. The following forgiveness affirmation may be helpful in working with these energies.
I forgive myself for all the ways I have not been fully present or fully myself at any time and have allowed fear to dictate my choices and actions. I forgive myself for believing family, friends, spiritual teachers, and significant others, know more about what I should or should not do to live a fulfilled life. I forgive myself for placing my power, to know myself and what my needs and desires are for living a magical life, outside myself.
June 22, Thursday. Moon conjuncts Venus at the gate of power near the Pleiades (29 Taurus) in the early morning sky before Sunrise. This represents the fifth conjunction of the Moon and Venus since Venus rose as a morning star last January. In the story of Innana this is when she passes through the “Gate of Power” where she releases her hip girdle symbolizing the release of all the ways she has given her power away to others and no longer stands in her own true authentic power. This Venus gate located near the Pleiades suggests additional information is coming in from the Pleiadian Stargate located on the edge of the Sacred Hoop. The vibrational light codes coming in from this area of the sky are helping to further inform the Moon and Venus as they join together to inspire our remembrance of our true power as divine beings especially when we are finding the essential beauty of who we really are!

June 23, Friday. Venus is still very near the Pleiades having just moved past the edge of the Sacred Hoop as it moves into Gemini today transiting her until July 20 energizing the feminine archetype of the heyokah coyote woman who loves to remind us life is not so serious as it sometimes seems liberating limited and narrow viewpoints and beliefs?
June 24, Saturday. We are entering the second window this month of the Lunar Standstill energy with the waning crescent Moon traveling through the Sacred Hoop or the Great Shining Circle looking out into deep space at the Galactic Edge. The sliver of a crescent Moon may be visible in the early morning sky before sunrise if you have a low horizon line. The Galactic Edge is aligned along the galactic plane and is one of the main indicators of the current Turning of the Ages. This suggests we are completing with the old vibrational codes and we are receiving a new galactic vibrational frequency download. This vibrational shift is happening with or without us and is easier to assimilate when we pay attention to how we are engaging the incoming energies through what we think feel say and do as this deeply affects our personal vibrational signature. Choosing activities that facilitate self-forgiveness, self-care and self-love are especially helpful.

June 25, Sunday. The early morning hours mark the Cancer New Moon (4 Cancer) located at the Galactic Gateway or the Galactic Edge looking out into deep space. (See June 24)
This New Moon provides a dark sky for viewing the Milky Way a.k.a. as the celestial highway formed by a band of millions of stars that captivated the imagination of many ancient cultures. These cultures viewed the intersection points of the Milky Way with ecliptic as the gateway between Heaven and Earth where souls enter and leave this realm. This Cancer New Moon (4 Cancer) is occurring near the center of the Sacred Hoop along the Milky Way Band further energizing the mantle of a new consciousness and awareness emerging at this current turning of the great wheel of time. This new Moon is an opportunity to further seed the best, most harmonious, balanced possibilities for expressing responsible nurturing towards ourselves, our children, our children’s children and our beloved planet.
June 26, Monday. Still in the Lunar Standstill window the tiny waxing crescent Moon is setting in visible range of its near maximum declination or “out of bounds” degrees around 9 pm or 10 pm depending on whether your your horizon line whether or not your time zone is observing daylight savings. To see the Moon set ‘out of bounds’ is best understood visually at a site designed to capture the June Solstice Sunset. It is helpful to continue engaging practices of daily self-care by actively engaging in activities that nourishes your body, your heart, your mind, your soul and your spirit.
June 27, Tuesday. The waxing crescent Moon in Cancer is conjunct Mercury (29 degrees) and then is moving into Leo shortly thereafter approaching Saturn tonight having moved beyond Saturn by tomorrow night. Consciously connecting with our inner heart flame, the flame of divine love and acceptance, helps us to remember the pure essence and truth of who we are and why we are here. A great question worth asking that was posed by the movie “I Heart Huckabees” is; “How am I not myself?” Further questions might include; “How have I allowed my thought actions and feelings to be dictated by culture, family, friends and significant others?” “What are my true feelings and thoughts about myself and how do I authentically live my life?”
When Leo energy is healthy it comes from a place of great confidence, courage, and strength trusting that all is in divine order and knowing we are all loved and cherished by the creative life force from whence we emerged into this life. The Leo mysteries like the Hopi Elders remind us “We Are The Ones We Have Been Waiting For.” We are the Great Shining Ones returning and awakening with the Earth.
June 28, Wednesday. The Moon conjuncts Saturn (10 Leo) and Mars (15 Leo) and Mercury moves into Leo. The Moon is transmitting the Leo mysteries and Mars is actively assisting Saturn in bringing new form to them and Mercury is innovately communicating these new forms in ways that further inspire our imagination. This provides an amazing opportunity to embrace the mysteries of radiant, healthy, creative, radical self-love especially if we have been actively practicing self-forgiveness and self-care. Healthy Leo knows they do not have to DO anything to have supreme value and worth. Leo knows it is their presence and the light they radiate and vibrate in this life that is their greatest gift to this evolving world. If we are not truly loving ourselves now is the time to look at the structures of our lives including our belief systems and begin to actively change them in ways that help facilitate a growing conscious experience of our divine essence.
June 29, Thursday. The Moon moves into Virgo transmitting the mysteries of Spider Woman who is attuned to the natural seasonal cycles and rhythms of the Earth and Sky. There are cycles within cycles including the daily rise and set of the Sun, the monthly cycle of the Moon, the solstices and equinoxes, the Lunar Standstill, the individual cycles of all the planets, along with the cycles of death and rebirth etc.. Living in harmony happens naturally when we are attuned to and honoring these cycles within cycles. What personal cycles are asking for you attention today?
June 30, Friday. Sun trines Jupiter (09Scorpio02) in this standstill time before Jupiter goes direct on July 6 (08Scorpio58). Any planetary Still Point is similar to the experience of a pendulum as it changes direction, where it appears to stand still or stop. This is further explained by Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle stating that …”If we know the exact momentum of a particle, then its position is completely unknowable, and vice versa. We know when the pendulum is in the changing point, when it is at rest, its velocity is zero….According to Heisenberg's principle of uncertainty, the position of the pendulum at rest becomes diffuse and completely indefinite. In other words, the pendulum can be just about any place in the Universe for just a tiny fraction of time with infinite speed. The rapid disappearance of the pendulum into the Universe is so fast, that we cannot detect it in our level of existence and reality. The reason we have used the swing of a pendulum as a showcase is because the pendulum represents any system that oscillates or moves back and forth, whether such an oscillator pulsates concentrically, goes around in orbits, or turns about itself. From the standpoint of one observer, there are always two points at which either of these systems appears to be at rest. To be completely at rest means that the movement has reached the point where it changes or reverses direction. That point of rest implies somehow a disappearance of matter in infinite or almost infinite velocities.

Jupiter is now nearly stopped in the sky moving only three more minutes between now and July 6 from the Earth’s perspective. Ultimately none of the planets actually ever reverse direction but they do appear to retrace the same area of the sky they just crossed when the Earth’s orbit is passing them. The effect on us as Earth based observers creates the experience of the Still Point, where we have an opportunity to access infinity. When we are considering the already expansive qualities of Jupiter that are designed to actualize the path of self-realization it is especially useful to consciously attune to this timing pausing at this Still Point from now until Jupiter moves past 9 degrees of Scorpio and 2 minutes on July 12.
