The miracle of loving like we have never loved before has greater possibility of manifesting when we love ourselves like we have never been loved before. Then we can truly love others in ways more miraculous than previously imagined and then the miracles we are entitled to experience flow easily through the channels of love we are expressing to ourselves and others.
This is guaranteed as this world operates by attracting to us experiences that reflect the thoughts, feelings and actions we express into the world. Many of the Timings this month support the manifest expression of these principles when we are willing to surrender our need to be right, our need to have things be a certain way and our need to control outcomes. If indeed we are needing to be right and in control we will encounter challenging circumstances that reflect this need or belief. The way to shift this is through willingness to let go, to surrender and to love yourself and those involved while also taking responsibility for taking the necessary steps to be safe. Wise inspired action is greatly assisted when you are asking love to heal your heart and guide your way. This is greatly supported when you are practicing daily self-forgiveness and gratitude paving the way genuine self-love that magnetizes and attracts miracles flowing into your life like never before.
Astronomical News Worth Noting:
The big news in August was the demotion of Pluto from the status of a planet. It is now officially defined as a dwarf planet. At the Aug 25, 2006 at the International Astronomical Union (IAU) General Assembly in Prague, astronomers decided that the Solar System has eight planets and to be a planet, the assembly ruled, a world must meet three criteria:
(1) It must have enough mass and gravity to gather itself into a ball.
(2) It must orbit the sun.
(3) It must reign supreme in its own orbit, having "cleared the neighborhood" of other competing bodies.
Pluto does not meet the third requirement and has been redefined as a dwarf planet.

What does this mean???
What does this mean for Pluto and its astrological affect on our natal charts or by transit? Does the power of this Shamanic Initiator who transforms life through the death mysteries loose its effect or will it remain the same? Does a tree falling in the forest make a sound if no one is there to hear it? Has denial of anything ever made it not so??? Are these mysteries any less powerful because Pluto loses its status as a planet in the collective consciousness? It will be interesting to see how the collective belief about Pluto does effect our experience.
This is a curiously interesting development as Pluto is now crossing near Galactic Center as it does every 248 years. Of course Pluto has only been in our collective awareness as a planet for the last 76 years, however, there are traceable historical events that coincide with Pluto transits in ages past, such as the most recent time when Pluto passed closest to the Earth in the early to mid-1700's and then passed Galactic Center in the mid-1700's. Two of the most notable historical events happening then were the French Revolution and American Revolution. Many historians look at 1760 as the beginning of the American Revolution and that is the last time Pluto was transiting between 25 and 27 and 1/2 degrees Sagittarius (where it is now) and this was long before Pluto was discovered.

Also the three-day Lunar Standstill window begins today as the Moon travels through mid to late degrees of Sagittarius. This means the Moon is rising and setting beyond the bounds of the maximum southern extreme of the December Solstice Sun (in the Northern Hemisphere…in the Southern Hemisphere the Moon is furthest North now) something that happens every 19 years providing a time each month for three years, last year, this year and next, for moving beyond the bounds of current reality.
The center point of this cycle last occurred in 1987 - the year of the Harmonic Convergence when people all over the world gathered in ceremonial celebration at sacred sites. People gathered not because they understood the 19 year lunar cycle but because they sensed the shifting of the time matrix that was languaged as the Harmonic Convergence related to shifts in the harmonics of time tracts in the Mayan Calendar.
In times long past it was the 19 year Lunar Standstill or “out of bounds Moon” when ancient tribes gathered in the sacred sites to receive the new time codes being transmitted by the Moon from Galactic Center and the Galactic Edge. This was also the time the ancients believed the Great Shining Ones would return. Amplifying this Lunar Standstill window is the closest alignment of the Solstices along the galactic plane in a 26,000 year cycle. The Moon is acting as a direct transmitter from this galactic gateway twice each month transmitting the new codes of information in ever increasing waves of clarity if we are open to receive them. Sep 2, Saturday. Today marks the monthly conjunction of the Moon with Pluto (24 Sag) in the “out of bounds Moon” setting before crossing the Galactic Gateway into Capricorn. Once again our attention is brought to what is truly true for us beyond the limits of the fears that hold us back from expressing the truth of who we are?
Buddha suggested that we find our personal truth and not adopt a truth simply because " a so-called wise person" said it was true. He went on to suggest not to accept something as true simply because it is a generally held belief or because it was said in a ancient book or scripture. Rather, look to the truth within based on your personal experience and what you know resonates for you.
The Waxing Moon in Capricorn is crossing the Galactic Core where new creatively inspired energies pour into this dimensional reality from beyond the bounds of our ordinary experience providing greater access to the new vibrational energy available to us when we are willing to receive it. Synchronistically Capricorn is the archetype most familiar with how spirit manifests into form and how to efficiently and effectively administrate the incoming energy in ways that benefit us now and the generations yet to come.
Sep 3, Sunday. Mercury (12 Virgo) is opposite retrograde Uranus (12 Pisces) catalyzing ever-greater creative self-expression, and conscious open-minded communication. Mercury/Uranus aspects call us to explore and experience new territory in the domain of the mind, communication and visionary inspiration. Uranus often brings change in unexpected ways, by breaking down the limiting beliefs that prevent us from having a more liberated experience of life. Uranus teamed up with Mercury, sends the messages of change that are innovative, cutting edge, unpredictable, and expansive. We are being called to go beyond ordinary modes of thinking, expanding our abilities to think outside the collective cultural box and entertain radical and unusual viewpoints while continuing to further open our minds to the constantly evolving revolutionary possibilities that are intended to inspire the joyous fulfillment of our divine destiny.
Sep 4, Monday. The waning Moon enters Aquarius today joining with Neptune tomorrow connecting us with the original visions and dreams of our soul’s intent. Aquarius is interested in changes that bring liberation and freedom. This is an archetype that loves to bust the establish systems refusing to settle for what is or has been for a long time. Experimenting with new ideas, new concepts, new ways of doing things this archetype is on the cutting edge of what is new and changing, revolutionizing conscious awareness promoting evolutionary experiences. The next few days are great for continuing to explore the revolutionary ideas and actions that support accelerated evolutionary change.
Pluto stations direct at 24Sagittarius05 early this afternoon. Pluto retrograde deepens the investigation around the mysteries of death and rebirth, resurrection and renewal and with its direct station is now shifting forward to integrate the deepening of the past few months. Pluto ultimately intends to facilitate empowerment through the Shamanic Journey that calls us to face the fears that disempower us. When a planet stations (either direct or retrograde) there is often a feeling of chaos and confusion as the focus of energy shifts direction. Pluto transforms - requiring surrender- much like the caterpillar contained in the cocoon with no way out other than to go through the dissolution of its caterpillar body before it can then be transmuted into a butterfly. Acceptance of this process eases the transformation especially when we are confronted with circumstances beyond our control. This direct station suggests the Pluto transformational process is moving forward ready to emerge empowered and forever changed.
Sep 5, Tuesday. The Sun (13 Virgo) is opposite retrograde Uranus (13 Pisces) and Venus is moving into Virgo. The annual Sun Uranus opposition marks the center point of the current Uranus Retrograde cycle symbolizing a threshold crossing toward radically unique, extremely novel and original cutting edge experiences. This revolutionary energy pushes for the changes that are cathartic, liberating and evolutionary. This week may bring sudden and unexpected events designed to shift any long held sense of self that is limiting. Remember, disruptions are excellent opportunities to break out of old restrictive patterns creating opportunities to break through to greater freedom of being. When we are holding on and fearful sometimes we can get stuck in the breakdown resisting the changes now possible and thereby missing the break through opportunity. Rolling with the flow and releasing attachments to outcome are helpful ways to ride the Uranian waves of change.
Venus moving into Virgo means this bright morning star is passing by the fixed star Regulus heart of the lion. The sacred feminine now has an opportunity to access the codes of light that are deep within the Lion's heart. This helps her to weave a new reality based in love and dedication to the sacred expression of life. Venus travels through Virgo until Sep 30 and she will make an eighth conjunction with the tiny waning crescent Moon in Virgo just before disappearing from the Morning stage on Sep 21 in the Sep Equinox window moving through the solar gate that also connects to conscious equal partnership as the Sun reaches zero Libra.
Sep 6, Wednesday. The Moon moves into Pisces, and the Sun (14 Virgo) sextiles Jupiter (14 Scorpio) reflecting on the gifts of radical compassion for ourselves and others. This is the compassion that does not try to rescue or save any one from their chosen experience but rather holds the space for healing and wholeness when a person is ready to choose that experience. The story of the Goddess Kwan Yin is a great reflection of this principle as she lovingly holds space for all beings until they choose liberation. Kwan Yin is not out trying to change people rather she is quietly holding a radically compassionate space. It is up to each person to choose to let go and receive.
The Sun Jupiter sextile signals a time of integration and creative expression of the expanding Scorpio Mysteries of this past year. This has included the path of edgewalking and transformative change through willingness to surrender and allow the changes to take place. (See Jupiter in Scorpio Article on Articles page) Nov 23 Jupiter moves into Sagittarius embarking on a new year long archetypal journey so we are now in the final phases of the Jupiter in Scorpio expansion. Among many expressions one of the mysteries of Scorpio has to do with engaging our personal Will in alignment with divine Will. Releasing denial of our true selves through emotional release work helps immensely to facilitate this process.
Sep 7, Thursday. Today is the Pisces Full Moon (15 Pisces) Lunar Eclipse, plus Moon Occults Uranus and Mars moves into Libra. Wow this is BIG energy as the Earth's Shadow is projected across the face of the Moon in the window of the Pluto Station (See Sep 4) this is a timing with huge potential to further accelerate revolutionary changes in our personal and global experience. It is more important than ever to focus our attention on radical ways of empowering attention and intention.
One way is to focus on radical compassion for ourselves and others is by practicing Kindness and Acceptance in all that we engage. Remember energy follows our thoughts, words and actions. When we are being kind to ourselves and to those around us we are vibrating with an energy that attracts more of itself to itself. If your are having trouble being kind to yourself then practice being kind to those around you. It is amazing how powerfully kindness creates a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere.
I very recently had an experience with a Judge who was one of the kindest men I have ever encountered in any situation. What was most obvious to me was how his kind demeanor calmed and supported the people in his courtroom moving the cases along with amazing quick efficiency. This was a beautiful demonstration of how kindness is a powerful healing elixir promoting immediate peace and harmony in the environment.
Another example that comes to mind was four years ago whenmy youngest son who was 12 at the time said to me; "Mom, I believe that there is never any reason to be mean to anyone even if you don't like them." I was so struck by this wise statement I found myself agreeing with him and I also realized that he truly lives by that conviction in all his interactions. He doesn't let anyone be abusive to him either, but rather simply removes himself from unacceptable behavior if the person doesn't stop when asked and though he does this firmly and decisively it is also in the kindest way possible. Needless to say he continues to attract lots of fun, wonderful, caring friends around him demonstrating daily how the practice of kindness is more than worth while.
Sep 8, Friday. The waning Moon moves into Aries this morning energizing the mysteries of the rugged individualist, the impetuous youth, and the Warrior Amazon, who is courageous, and strong, committed to upholding what they believe is truth and justice. In the masculine principle this is the Sacred Warrior archetype willing to defend and protect the cosmic order of life. The Egyptian Goddess Sekhmet is a good example of a feminine expression of the Aries energy because she is actively committed to upholding and maintaining the law of Maat (sacred cosmic law). In some versions of Sekhmet’s story she is the daughter of Ra, the feminine eye of the Sun, sent to Earth by Ra to restore balance and order among the people. Sekhmet is derived from Sekhem, an ancient Egyptian word meaning “power”. Thus, Sekhmet carries the power to transform through action. Aries asks “what committed action can I take for the purpose of upholding and protecting the cosmic order of life and bringing my dreams into reality?”
Sep 9, Saturday. Transformational messenger Mercury (24 Virgo) squares shamanic transformer Pluto (24 Sagittarius) deepening and intensifying our mental experience to the overall pattern of life. Pluto dives deep into the fears that limit our fullest most empowered expression of who we are - helping to purify and transform them. Pluto also dives deep to discover the strengths and abilities that are still unconscious bringing them forth often through experiences that challenge and ultimately strengthen us by stretching us beyond our usual comfort zones. What are the powerful transformative messages showing up in your experience? Are you feeling strengthened or are you feeling disempowered by events beyond your control? What needs to be surrendered so these changes can happen more easily with less drama? An image that comes to mind is the transformative relentless power of Hawaiian Goddess Pele's fiery lava sometimes moving quickly and other times moving slowly across the land transforming the landscape in ways that are sometimes challenging to accept and understand. It can take many, many years to see how beautiful rainforests and gardens emerge and re-emerge from the seeming destruction of the lava flows.
Sep 10, Sunday. The Moon is moving into Taurus and Jupiter is reaching 15 degrees Scorpio crossing the Samhain cross-quarter degree and aligning with the fixed star Zuben Algenubi in the constellation of the Scales. The Taurus Moon reminds us of the importance of taking time to savor, enjoy and appreciate the beauty and abundance in our world as the first step in raising our personal energy or vibration for the purpose of experiencing greater synchronicity and support in living our divine destiny. One of the greatest tools for accomplishing this is to spend time each day giving gratitude for the gift of life and beauty that surrounds us each moment.

With the Moon in Taurus and Jupiter crossing the 15 degree Scorpio cross-quarter magnifying our ability to manifest what we desire in alignment with Divine Will when we approach it with gratitude it is time to remember that....
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity.... It turns problems into gifts, failures into success, the unexpected into perfect timing, and mistakes into important events. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.
Sep 11, Monday. The Taurus Moon once again completes the 2006 Grand Cross that has been forming and reforming throughout this year. The planetary players are Saturn now at 19 Leo, retrograde Neptune now between 17 and 18 Aquarius, Jupiter now at 15 Scorpio and the Moon in Taurus moving one degree every two hours and activating this Fixed Grand Cross or as referred to in Shamanic Astrology this is the cross of Self-Interest.
The fixed signs, or signs of self-interest, are focused on developing personal aspects of divine expression. Taurus is learning about self through the experiences of pleasure, beauty, intimacy and the ability to receive itself and the fullest experience of life. Leo takes this a step further developing the qualities of radical, radiant self-love, self-confidence, self-acceptance, and self-approval from the perspective that it is a divine incarnation. Scorpio develops the qualities of Divine Will as an individualized expression learning to manifest spirit into matter for an orgasmic ecstatic experience and Aquarius extends this to encompass the cosmic perspective and to revolutionize conscious awareness further evolving the divine essence within all life.
The Moon is the catalyst or activator. Saturn is the structure or form we give our lives. Jupiter expands our awareness beyond the current forms and Neptune facilitates new visions and dreams through contact with the field of all possibilities deepening our inner knowing and developing our inner eye for seeing beyond the illusions of this external reality.
This past year during the Grand Cross formations are activating the intent to draw our attention to the limits of our current reality and to expand our current perception into new territory. The old structures are giving way to new concepts, ideas and experiences. The more we try to hang on to what has been the more intense the events become to force us to let go. Changes are happening because it is time.
Letting go of all our preconceived ideas of reality (even if they are brilliantly conceived) along with how things should or should not be helps facilitate what is already in process. Guided by our inner knowing (Neptune) we can then more consciously and innovately (Aquarius) co-create a new expanded (Jupiter)structural reality (Saturn) beyond what we have previously imagined.
Sep 12, Tuesday. Moon moves into Gemini and Mercury moves into Libra. The Gemini realm is easily accessed through the mind though the mind can ultimately trap us into a limited range of experience. Mercury in Libra suggests the focus now is developing a more conscious relationship with our minds as the connecting link between the visible and the invisible realms. However, we can also be trapped by the mind and these mysteries remind us that the mind can not possibly know it all and in fact the path to true liberation occurs when we go beyond the minds addiction to thinking and the seeming reality of this dimension. This is not something we can contrive but is more easily accessed from a state of grace that takes us beyond the limitations of the mind where our true divine nature is experienced not as an idealistic concept but as an embodied physical reality.
Sep 13, Wednesday. This begins the three-day Lunar Standstill window at the Galactic Edge as the Moon passes through late degrees of Gemini and early degreesof Cancer. The Galactic Edge is aligned along the galactic plane and the June Solstice alignment showing up here at this Time is one of the main indicators of the current Turning of the Ages. For all of 2006 and 2007 during the time when the Moon is in late degrees Gemini and early Cancer we are receiving a downloading of inter-galactic vibrational frequencies coming from beyond our galaxy.
These vibrational frequencies are causing physical shifts in our personal realities. These shifts are easier to assimilate when we pay attention to how we are choosing to express our own vibrational signature through what we think, feel, say and do. Maximizing the potency of this timing is greatly facilitated when we are choosing activities that facilitate self-forgiveness, self-care and self-love as well as genuine gratitude for the gifts we already have.
The harmonic of gratitude produces a vibrational frequency that attracts more of itself to itself in miraculous ways. (See Sep 10) Daily gratitude ceremonies are possibly the most profound tool we can use to consciously co-create a more loving harmonious joyful reality. One way to do this is to make a list of things you are grateful for including the things you are choosing to create into your life experience even if you are not yet experiencing it. So for example if you are choosing to experience radiant health or financial abundance in your sacred work then giving gratitude for that as if you already have it is a powerful way to support the manifestation of those desires. Here is a sample to give you some ideas of what you might list in your gratitude ceremony. Get creative and keep adding to your list as you think of more things to be grateful for. These are really basic examples to get you started...

Sep 14, Thursday. The Last quarter Moon with in the Lunar Standstill window near Galactic Edge is exact at 22 Gemini and is illuminating Orion, the Hunter. Orion’s story is linked with Ophiucus the serpent healer who is said to have given Orion a medicinal antidote that ultimately saved Orion from the deadly scorpion’s sting. Knowing the “right time and right place” to take any type of medicinal antidote be it (mental, physical or spiritua)l produces lasting results. This goes beyond the confines of linear time supporting an increasing awareness of fifth-dimensional space/time frequencies and the expansive and inspiring experiences possible within this frame of reference.
Sep 15, Friday. Still within the Lunar Standstill window (See Sep 13), Mercury is conjunct Mars (5 Libra), and Venus (12 Virgo) is opposite Uranus (12 Pisces). All of these factors converge to activate unexpected events or changes outside the boundaries of everyday reality that are intended to create an assemblage point shift in our relationship with our known world. This is a time to roll with the flow and let go of attachments to how we believe things should be. Acceptance of what IS liberates us to more fully experience the gifts and miracles of change and evolution that are ours to experience when we are willing to receive them.
Sep 16, Saturday. Sun (24 Virgo) square Pluto (24 Sag) marks the acceleration of Pluto in its movement through the sky from the Earth’s perspective. Pluto has only moved two minutes from its direct station Sep 4 and is now quadrupling its speed by moving eight minutes in the next two weeks. The Sun square to Pluto illuminates any lingering shadow aspects including any fears, judgments, anger, rage, and hurt, as well as any forgotten or denied skills and abilities we may carry. Energizing and embracing the power of forgiveness while also embracing the true divine nature of our being transforms these shadowed elements into our greatest gifts.. Remembering to be with whatever is happening in a place of acceptance and love when possible helps to facilitate the transformational changes seeking expression.

Sep 17, Sunday. Moon is moving into Leo today and conjuncts Saturn tomorrow. In keeping with the theme from the opening quote from Marianne Williamson it seems timely to again share my favorite Leo quote summing up the Leo energy better than any other I know. This quote has often been mistakenly credited to Nelson Mandela, but in actuality it is from Marianne Williamson’s book A Return To Love: Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Sep 18, Monday. The waning Leo Moon conjuncts Saturn (19 Leo) visible low on the Eastern Horizon before Sunrise. The Moon is a transmitter and is transmitting the Leo mysteries that reminds us of our true divine nature. In essence this is also a reminder that we are the ones we have been waiting for, we are the divine expression of God, Goddess, Great Spirit, Great Mystery, All that IS. Saturn reflects the structures of our beliefs and this a time for noticing if our lives are are structured in ways that reflect our true divine nature? If not then what changes can we make? With Saturn in Leo an important theme has been about self-forgiveness as an essential step toward greater self-love.

Sep 19, Tuesday. With Moon’s journey through Virgo and Venus (18 Virgo) sextile Jupiter (18 Scorpio) our awareness is directed to how we have woven our web of reality and what is being expanded within that web at this time? Spider woman reminds us that when we weave our web in alignment with the natural cycles all we need comes to us and we live in greater harmony and balance with all of life.This is reflected in nature when spider weaves her web, because if spider has chosen wisely all she needs comes to her web. A helpful practice is to draw a web of intention on paper and place within the web through words or symbols all that you desire to magnetize and attract to you.
Sep 20, Wednesday. This begins the window of the eighth Venus Moon conjunction since Venus went direct last February. In Shamanic Astrology this gate is seen as the Death by Intent gate occurring just before Venus drops out of the morning sky, traveling with the Sun until early December. If you are up early before Sunrise (with clear skies) you will see the waning tiny crescent Moon above Venus on the eastern horizon and by tomorrow morning just before Sunrise the Moon will be nearly conjunct Venus. The question worth asking is what more can we surrender and die to that no longer serves our current life expression?
Sep 21, Thursday. Early this morning before Sunrise the tiny crescent Virgo Moon may be visible low on the eastern horizon with Venus. This marks the eighth visible conjunction with the Moon since Venus began her journey in the morning sky earlier this year. Regardless of gender this is a great time to ceremonially choose to die to all that is no longer serving a healthy expression of the divine feminine within as Venus passes through the gate that is associated with Death by Intent. This is complete surrender by choice that allows for a whole new expression of the divine feminine to emerge come December when Venus rises as an evening star.
Sep 22, Friday. Today marks the September Equinox and the second Virgo New Moon (there was one on August 26, 2006 at zero Virgo) annular solar eclipse accelerating the incoming codes of light and information further energizing a fuller more embodied conscious return of the divine feminine as this energy releases (or dies to) all that has been counter to the sacred expression of the Earth . This New Moon is at 29 Virgo and is also featuring an Annular Solar Eclipse visible off the coast of Brazil, moving east and then south of the Atlantic Ocean and ending off the coast of Antarctica. A partial eclipse is visible through most of South America and western Africa according to Jim Maynard's Celestial Guide for 2006.
This Solar Eclipse reveals the ancient pattern of life contained within the natural DNA codes of knowledge opening another doorway to reveal these mysteries more fully when we are open and ready to receive them. If you have not yet taken time to align your being with the Earth now is the time. And while you are at it you might include aligning with the light of the Sun and Moon as they are also aligned with the Earth during the eclipse. In fact the Moon will pass between the Earth and the Sun eclipsing the Sun and revealing her hidden mysteries. This accelerates the codes of light we all carry especially as we are entering the Equinox Window when the solar effect provides easier access to multi-dimensional realms.
The September Equinox is occurring at 9:05 pm Pacific Daylight Time. (Please adjust for your time zone) The equinoxes are the seasonal time of balance and harmony when the days and nights are equal in length. During the equinoxes, the Earth’s auric or magnetic field is affected by the Sun’s alignment with the Earth’s equator. Twice each year, at the equinoxes, the Sun rises and sets exactly over the equator. The equinox solar affect produces a reduction in the magnetic field of the Earth, providing easier access to other dimensions beginning around 24 hours before, and ending around 24 hours after the exact Equinox point. Doorways or thresholds into the mysteries are more easily accessed during equinoxes when we consciously engage this timing taking advantage of the opportunity to further activate our own experience and the gifts this Timing has to offer.
Sep 23, Saturday. Still well within the Equinox effect the Moon having moved into Libra yesterday is conjunct Mars (10 Libra) reminding us that both Venus and Mars are now traveling with the Sun and will make their exact conjunctions in October. Over the next month the Sun, Venus and Mars are actively energizing the mysteries of conscious equal loving partnership. Conscious loving relationship does not come automatically or even necessarily easily at first. This is in part due to the fact that most of the relationships models we grew up with were unhealthy and dysfunctional. Due to our wounding around this we are often driven to seek approval in our relationships and to avoid disapproval leading us to behave in ways that are less than authentic and supportive of who we truly are. Conscious loving partnership results when two people are committed to discovering and taking responsibility for their projections especially around their desire for the other to help complete them or help them to be whole. In a committed relationship based on conscious equal and loving partnership both partners fully support one another in finding their own wholeness individually and in the context of the relationship.
In their book Conscious Loving The Journey to Co-Commitment Gay and Kathleen Hendricks describe a conscious co-committed relationship as:
...one in which two people support each other in being whole, complete individuals. The commitment is going all the way, to letting the relationship be the catalyst for the individuals to express their full potential and creativity. In a co-committed relationship between two people, each takes 100 percent responsibility for his or her life and for the results each creates. There are no victims in co-committed relationships. In fact, victimhood is impossible when both people are willing to acknowledge that they are the cause of what happens to them. There is little conflict, because neither person plays the accusatory, victim role. With the energy saved through lessened conflict, both people are free to express more creativity.
This next month is loaded with opportunities to deepen our relationship with ourselves and each other in ways that are committed to the healthiest expressions possible.
Sep 24, Sunday. With the Moon In Scorpio and expansive Jupiter (17 Scorpio) squaring dreamy Neptune (17 Aquarius) new insights and information are likely to further catalyze our connection to and awareness of the over all big picture. Outer reality may feel confusing and uncertain as the possibilities expand. This is not a time for drastic life changing decisions unless they are prompted from a deep internal knowing. These energies can take us outside of our everyday experience providing an excellent space and time to journey, dream, meditate or engage in any activities that inspire visionary and other worldly experiences.
Sep 25, Monday. Venus (24 Virgo) squares Pluto (24 Sagittarius) adding to the underworld initiatory energy stretching us beyond currently known edges. This is a powerful edgewalking opportunity that has the potential to take us into entirely new territory beyond our known reality where we can then become more than we have ever been before if we are willing to face our fears and step into the unknown.
Sep 26 , Tuesday. Moon conjuncts Jupiter (18 Scorpio) visible near the two brightest stars Zuben Algenubi (15 Scorpio) and Zuben Alshamali (19 Scorpio) in the constellation of the Scales. The Moon and Jupiter joined in the Scales illuminates and expands our awareness of how natural laws operate and how we can balance them with our human experience in ways that are passionately inspired. The Scales of Justice have reflected human judgment forgetting that justice is accepting what JUST IS. When we release the need to judge ourselves or others and learn to accept what IS we gain the power to radically change our life experience because we stop attracting what it is we are judging. It brings to mind what Carl Jung said: "What we resist - persists."
For most of this year Jupiter has been magnifying this starry portal expanding the energy codes intended to enhance our life experience when we move beyond the need to judge ourselves or anyone else. Judgment along with denial and emotional control keep us locked into a limited narrow range of experience. Releasing the judgments we hold about ourselves and others opens a space within where greater love and magic is experienced. Practicing daily self-forgiveness assists with this.
Sep 27, Wednesday. The waxing Moon moves into Sag and is approaching the bright red star Antares, marking the heart of the Scorpion, tonight plus Mercury (24Libra) sextiles Pluto (24 Sag). The Moon is setting with Antares between 9 and 9:30 pm local time depending on your horizon line. Antares is a stargate portal accessing the transformative energies of the oracle designed to expand awareness and meaning in ways that support the fulfillment of our earthly journey. The Moon is transmitting the lineage of these mysteries through the Sagittarian energies of the ever-expanding quest for truth and meaning. Visually connecting with or meditating upon the Moon and Antares provides a direct experience of these mysteries and what they mean for you personally at this time. (See Sep 1)
Sep 28, Thursday. This begins the three-day Lunar Standstill Window determined by when the Moon is in mid degrees Sag to mid degrees Capricorn. (See Sep 1) These next three days and once each month for all of this year and next the days of the Lunar Standstill are initiatory days. The Crone Oracles (The Initiates Guide to the Ancient Mysteries) by Victoria Ransom and Henrietta Bernstein say:
The final cycle of initiations involve the planet and humanity as a whole. In ancient times, this stage of the enlightenment process was called the "The Greater Mysteries." The energies which stimulate this progression are the Sun and the Moon. Their influence on our psyches and consciousness is profound...
So this suggests then when we consciously engage the energies of the Sun and Moon we are operating with the Great Initiatory Mysteries and during the Lunar Standstill Window this opporutnity is at maxmum potency.
Sep 29, Friday. The Moon conjuncts Pluto before moving into Capricorn crossing Galactic Center or as the Mayans referred to it - Hunab Ku , the giver of all movement and measure. Over the past few months many have begun to notice how intensely challenging and transformative this timing is as events that stretch us to face our fears and shadow issues are occurring at a greater rate in this window. The best strategy is to release all attachments to outcome, accept what is for now and when possible - remember to love yourself no matter what you are feeling or experiencing. It brings to mind Ken Keyes third prescription for happiness that says: Turn Up Your Love Even If You Don't Get What You Want. That doesn't mean you have to stop desiring whatever it is but if we energize where we are with love and acceptance then our whole experience changes and greater happiness is possible. And as per the opening quote of this month's Timings this is one way to really love ourselves like we have never loved before!
Sep 30, Saturday. The first quarter Moon in Capricorn in the context of the Lunar Standstill and Venus Moves into Libra until October 24. These energies speak to the possibility of creating structures within our lives that support the experience of pure love. The book The Right Use of Will by Ceanne DeRohan has this to say:
The way to find unconditional Love is to accept and come to peace with everything in your being and then, even though it may now seem to be an impossible dream, you really will find that you can love and accept others unconditionally. In this way, the undercurrent dissatisfactions that are now present in almost every single relationship, be it husband and wife, brother and sister, parent and child, friends or relatives will either not be there or will be resolved.
It is from this place of love and acceptance that we truly are loving in ways that go beyond how we ever loved before and from this space even more miracles will manifest.
